1 Jubilare 2019 Fest of Shri Shikshayatan School was held on 26.04.2019 and 27.04.2019. Our students participated in few events.

Drawing competition was held on 8th April at Birla Museum, Students of Class XII participated in the program.

Sukanya Project Self Defence Training started from 13th March 2019.

The Health Department of KMC had organised Awareness Rally for prevention of Dengue on 02.02.2019 . The students of Class XI along with Teachers participated in this programme.

Students from class VII to XI participated in Annual Inter School Athletic Meet 2019 at East Calcutta District Sports federation ground Beleghata on 06.02.2019.

Saraswati Puja was celebrated on 09.02.2019 at school premises jointly by Primary and Secondary and Higher Secondary

4 House Competition Singing was held on 27.02.2019 at school premises participants were from Class VIII to X.

Vivekananda Jayanti was celebrated on 12th January 2019. The students from Class VIII to XI have participated in Rally. Our respected MLA Smt Smita Bakshi hosted the ceremony.

Quiz contest on the occasion of 150th anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi was held on 24.01.2019, organised by Burrabazar Post Office. Students from Class VIII to XI participated in this programme.

Republic Day on 26th January 2019 was celebrated at school premises.

Consumer Awareness programme was held on 30.01.2019 at school premises followed by Quiz , Essay , Drawing . Slogan Competition. Students from Class VIII to XI participated in this programme

Inter House Drawing Competition has been organised on 31.01.2019. Participants were from Class V to VI.

Ram Charitmanas Gaayan Pratiyogita organised by Kolkata Kaavyakuj Brahman Samaj on 9th December 2018.

Kaavya Aavritti Competition organised by Aacharya Vishnukant Shastri Antrvidyalaya on 16th December 2018.

Childrens Day was celebrated on 14th November 18 at School Premises.

Quiz Competition was held on 11.10.2018. The topic of quiz competition is Gandhi. Prizes was distributed on the same day to winners. Student of Class V to XII was participated in this competition.

Drawing Competition of Class V was organised by Lions Club on 10.10.18 at 1100 AM

Sanitation Programme on womens health was held on 10.10.18 by Lions Club at 12 Noon, in the school library.

A Quiz competition was held on 02.09.2018 by All India Qaumi Ekta Manch, a socio cultural organisation for National Integration and communal harmony. The venue of the programme was Bhartiya Bhasha Parishad. Four students of class IX participated in this Competition.

Inter school dance and singing competition was organised by Kanyashree WB Govt Prakalpa on 14th August 2018 at CIT Park. The students from VIII to X participated in this program. They won prizes in different sections.

Consumer Awareness Programme was held on 30.08.2018 at school premises organised Consumer Affairs and Fair Business Practice. Participants VIII to XII

Inter school dance and singing competition by Riddhi Siddhi Entertainment was held on 26.08.2018 Sunday at Sarat Sadan Howrah Shivangini Mishra of Class XII C to D won the 1st prize for singing.

A sanitation programme was organised by Procter and Gamble on 29.08.2018 at school premises. Students from Class VII to X participated in this programme.

Independence Day celebration at school premises was held on 15th Aug at School premises. On this occasion cultural programme was performed by the students of Class X to XII.

Quiz and Recitation competition on the occasion of Tulsi Jayanti was organised by Nagrik Siker Parishad based on Ram Charit Manas at Sikar Bhawan on 17.08.2018. Sweta Soni of Class XI C to A and Sunder Kr Dubey Class XI C to B participated in this programme. They won consolation prize.

Awareness Programme on leprosy organised by Gandhi Memorial Leprosy foundation was held on 17.08.2018 at school premises. The students from V to X participated in the programme.

On the occasion of Guru Purnima a short speech and meditation programme was organised by Swami Vivekananda Seva Kendra at school library on 3rd Aug 2018. The students of class XI to XII participated in this programme.

Pre Test for Class XII was held on and from 20.08.2018 to 28.08.2018

Inter school Poem, Recitation, Extempore & Drawing Competition was held on 28th July, organised by ABTA at Maheshwari Bhawan. Students from Class VI to XII participated in this programme. Niru Sharma of Class VII got 1st Prize in Poem Recitation. Anjali Sharma of Class VIII A got 3rd prize in Poem Recitation. In Drawing Competition Nidhi Sharma of Class VII got 3rd prize. In Extempore Competiton Mohini Singh of Class XII got 1st Prize and Chanchal Sharma of Class XII got 3rd Prize.

Manas Mahotsav dance drama competition Based on Ramcharit Manas held on 28th July, 2018, organised by Pariwar Milan at Gyan Manch. Participants were from Class IX to XII. They Got Consolation Prize in this Competition.

The Skipper Foundation had organised a scholarship programme at Raj Bhawan on 17th July 2018 from 4.00 PM onwards. Eighty Four 84 students from our school were awarded scholorship in the presence of Shri Keshari Nath Tripathi Hon Governor of West Bengal.
